Has anyone heard of the new Shibolim carob covered  rice chips? There great. Has anyone got an idea how to count them in the Start Fresh program?

Yes, thereare equivalents on every Start Fresh product. Each rice cake is a starch and a fat serving - they are coated on one side (lightly)and delicious if I do say so myself!

Oh - Peanut Butter! My downfall. If I could buy it a teaspoon at a time, that would be best for me. As it stands now, I have to keep it out of the house altogether.
