Has anyone heard of the new Shibolim carob covered rice chips? There great. Has anyone got an idea how to count them in the Start Fresh program? |

Yes, thereare equivalents on every Start Fresh product. Each rice cake is a starch and a fat serving - they are coated on one side (lightly)and delicious if I do say so myself! __________________ MarciaB |

Oh - Peanut Butter! My downfall. If I could buy it a teaspoon at a time, that would be best for me. As it stands now, I have to keep it out of the house altogether. __________________ sweet |
